Mr. Pistorio joined ONDA TECHNO in 2018, having worked in intellectual property private practice in Washington, DC. Before practicing law, Mr. Pistorio worked in the fields of biotechnology and software development. He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary (B.S. Biology, 2009) and the George Washington University School of Law (J.D., Concentration: Intellectual Property Law, 2013).

Mr. Pistorio has extensive experience representing top international technology corporations in all facets of intellectual property law including opinions, infringement and other litigation strategy, post-grant practice, licensing and portfolio strategy, application drafting, and foreign and domestic patent prosecution.

Representative technology areas include artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), including generative AI models and neural network architectures; semiconductors and advanced microelectronics, including next-generation chip design and quantum computing hardware; biotechnology and digital health, including biologics and medical device/software convergence (AI diagnostics); telecommunications and digital communications; and clean energy Technologies and Energy Storage.
