Mr. Howard joined ONDA TECHNO in 2019, having previously practiced intellectual property law in private practice in the Washington, DC area and Florida. Before practicing law, Mr. Howard worked as an engineer with the U.S. Navy and Johnson & Johnson. He is a graduate of Jacksonville University (B.S. Physics, 2000), the Georgia Institute of Technology (B.S. Mechanical Engineering, 2000), and Florida State University College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2008).

Mr. Howard has extensive experience representing international technology corporations in patent prosecution and intellectual property counseling. He has prosecuted more than 500 patents and prepared numerous patentability, infringement, non-infringement, and invalidity opinions. Drawing on his background in both engineering and law, he advises clients across a broad range of electrical, mechanical, and software technologies.
