The Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) started a PPH pilot program on February 15, 2013.
The JPO and the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) started the PPH pilot program on February 15, 2013. The PPH pilot program will include PCT applications that have received positive treatment by the JPO.
The JPO has now extended the PPH to 25 countries and/or authorities.
