The Japan Patent Office (JPO) and the Polish Patent Office (PPO) started a PPH pilot program on January 31, 2013.
The JPO and the Polish Patent Office (PPO) started the PPH pilot program on January 31, 2013. The PPH pilot program will include PCT applications that have received positive treatment by the JPO.
The JPO has now extended the PPH to 24 countries and/or authorities
