Haruki Shimizu joined ONDA TECHNO International Patent Attorneys in 2023 after graduating from Kyoto University with a Bachelor of Laws. He passed the Japanese Patent Attorney Examination in 2024 and was officially registered as a patent attorney in 2025.

Haruki specializes in a wide range of technologies including general machinery, control systems, computer hardware, and telecommunications. His academic background in law combined with his strong technical understanding allows him to provide well-rounded intellectual property services.

Having spent part of his childhood overseas, Haruki brings a global perspective and excellent cross-cultural communication skills to his work. He is also proficient in English, enabling him to effectively support clients in international matters.
