Takaaki Ohshima joined ONDA TECHNO International Patent Attorneys in 2025 after passing the Japanese patent attorney examination in 2024 and registering in 2025. He earned his Doctorate in Agriculture from Nagoya University in 2021, specializing in plant production science.

Prior to joining the firm, he was engaged in research and development of plant breeding technologies at a flour milling company, and conducted pharmaceutical quality control work at a food and chemical manufacturer. Dr. Ohshima handles patent matters primarily in the fields of mechanical engineering, control systems, and biotechnology.
