Mr. Yingze Guan is the General Manager of ONDA TECHNO’s international patent operation, and is also involved in the management of ONDA TECHNO's China and Taiwan divisions (Seven Seas IP Group). Mr. Guan was born in China and educated in both China and Japan. He has been working at ONDA TECHNO's Japan head office since 2005. His practice includes assisting Japanese clients filing patent applications in Japan and abroad, assisting foreign clients filing patent applications in Japan, post-grant procedures, patent infringement and invalidity analysis, and patent searches. Mr. Guan has extensive experience especially in the areas of drafting, prosecution, and patent analysis. Mr. Guan also has high language and interpersonal skills.
