ONDA TECHNO Consulting Shanghai Co., Ltd was established in March, 2002 in order to provide services related to intellectual property in China.
With support from many companies in Japan and foreign countries including China, we have been performing research and analysis (patents, designs, trademarks and infringement), anti-counterfeit measures, blocking exports of counterfeit goods, translation, and technology transfer planning.
ONDA TECHNO Shanghai Trademark Agency Co., Ltd. was established in September, 2003 under the umbrella of ONDA TECHNO Consulting Shanghai Co., Ltd., and has been performing trademark-related services.
Furthermore, we have began a cooperative basis with Shanghai Xu Cheng Intellectual Property Agent Ltd. to be able to deal with applications for patents, utility models, and designs. With the change in name from Shanghai Xu Cheng Intellectual Property Agent Ltd., to ONDA TECHNO SUNRAY Intl. Patent Attys., we have established the Shanghai ONDA Group for providing all types of intellectual property services.
